How do I get a quote?

Send both postcodes, the vehicle make and model, its condition and when you need it moved. We’ll check the route and availability, then confirm a price.

Can you move a non-running vehicle?

Please tell us whether it rolls and steers, whether its wheels are locked and whether there are access restrictions. We’ll assess the equipment required before confirming.

Is a WhatsApp enquiry a booking?

No. A booking is confirmed only after we reply and agree the price and collection arrangements.

Do you cover longer distances?

Send us your start and destination postcodes. Longer distance transport can be considered by arrangement.

What if I have broken down in a dangerous place?

Get to a safe place first. If there is immediate danger or you are on a live motorway lane, call 999.

Can I get a scrap car collection estimate?

Yes. Use the scrap car form to enter your registration and vehicle condition. The estimate is subject to inspection and collection arrangements.

Can I see an estimate without giving my phone number?

Yes. The online form calculates an indicative price before you enter your name or number. Sending an enquiry through WhatsApp starts a conversation; it does not confirm a booking.

Could the price change?

The online amount uses the route and condition details entered. Damage, missing parts, blocked wheels or difficult access can change what is needed. We check those details and explain any revised price before you agree collection.

When will someone arrive?

What paperwork should I expect when scrapping a car?

End-of-life cars must go to an authorised treatment facility. Ask us which facility will receive the vehicle and how the Certificate of Destruction will be provided. Read DVLA guidance before handing over the vehicle.
